Description
Appellant-defendant Tony E. Robles appeals his convictions for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor; Driving While Suspended, a Class A infraction; and Speeding, a Class C infraction, claiming that: (1) the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction for driving while suspended; (2) trial counsel was ineffective; (3) the trial court erred in denying Robles the opportunity to make a statement at sentencing; and (4) the trial court failed to state in its sentencing order that Robles could not be imprisoned for failing to pay fines and costs.
